WorldBlu – Freedom at Work I started using LinkedIn several years ago, and it has been a great tool for meeting sharp people and following some interesting while sometimes shocking conversations. Today, Traci Fenton of WorldBlu reached out to me via LinkedIn. Traci has a pretty neat thing going at WorldBlu.

Traci and WorldBlu have an interesting mission of spreading freedom in the workplace. They call it organizational democracy. Looking over their member companies you quickly see a few names you know like Groupon, Hulu, and Zappos. Core Values are a big deal with many successful companies and they’re very big at our organization, Dave Ramsey. Review WorldBlu’s core values.

WorldBlu has an event coming up May 19-20 in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend, but I’m going to put it down on my calendar to attend next year.
